Introduction
Aquatic Achievers have a newly created opportunity for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team. As our business grows, so does the need to ensure we have the support network in place to ensure the success of our facilities, equipment, and asset management, as well as embedding safety training & procedures. This role will be a vital part of our team to ensure safety is at the core of what we do.
This diverse role will suit someone with strong, generalist skills across organising, stakeholder engagement, implementing and embedding processes. You will be part of a growing team, within an established and growing organisation, bringing endless possibilities for the right person to really make their mark.
Who we are looking for:
- Ability to project manage works in progress.
- Eye for detail, safety, and compliance.
- Staying up to date with relevant code or industry updates as relates to facility compliance.
What you’ll be working on:
- Working alongside our leadership team to implement & embed safety processes and procedures.
- Hands on knowledge of the plant rooms across our facilities, troubleshooting and escalating any issues.
- Building and managing a preventive & general maintenance schedule across our locations.
- Asset management across our locations.
- Pro-active hazard identification and rectification.
- Project managing or supporting works of updates to facilities.
- Relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Experience we’d like:
- Experience in facility and maintenance management.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve outcomes as required.
- Planning, and executing steps required to implement and embed processes.
- Aquatic industry facility knowledge preferred, but not required.
This role will report to the Head of Operations. This role will be full-time, based in Brisbane and will be required to travel to our locations in VIC, ACT, NSW as required.

- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Plant Room Operators
- Additional qualifications may be required as identified, such as Working from Heights.
