We take privacy seriously.
When it comes to privacy, we do things by the book. The information we handle is done so in line with all relevant Australian privacy guidelines. We may update this policy from time to time, but we will always have the latest version here.
Personal information
Along the way, we may collect personal information from people engaging with Aquatic Achievers Operations various physical and digital properties. We only do this by honest and lawful means, to help us run our business of providing great lessons, training, relevant content and fabulous customer experiences.
These great experiences are aided by utilising information across some third-party tools and services, some of which use cookies. To give you an idea, these include things like booking systems, email programs, analytics and specialist consultants. We ensure that these services are all secure, and bound by strict privacy terms, ensuring your information is kept safe.
By continuing to enjoy our services, you imply your consent to be bound by this policy. For those not comfortable with this, please speak to us about a possible solution. In rare cases though, we could suggest that our services might not be the right fit for you.
If you happen to provide someone else’s information to us for any reason, we do ask that you have their consent, as well as this policy handy for them to read. Everyone has the option to stop hearing from us at any time if they choose.
How we manage information
We try our best to keep personal information accurate, up to date and protected. To access or update your personal information, please get in touch. The team will take reasonable steps to confirm identity, but if they’re unsure, they may request additional proof. To further ensure privacy (as well as to keep things tidy) we will periodically dispose of documents and data we no longer require, which is always done securely.
Please be aware that an unlikely occasion may arise where personal information will be required for an emergency, for a child’s or parent/guardian’s well-being, or is required or authorised by law or law enforcement.
